    All other services provided to Mayo Employees must be paid by the employee. In order to receive the free services, employees must be parked on Mayo property which includes all employee lots, ramps, and designated Mayo parking areas. Employees parked on the street, in visitor ramps, or in an undesignated area will not be covered for free services.

Payment Plans

CSC Towing and The Brake Shop will also provide monthly payment plans for qualified customers on any repair service exceeding $500.00.

Impounded Vehicles

All fees for vehicles impounded by the Rochester Police Department, Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, and/or the Minnesota State Patrol must be paid in full by cash only before the release of the vehicle. Personal belongings will not be released from an impounded vehicle until all towing and storage fees are paid in full.

All impounding fees are established by City Statutes.

Storage Fees

Storage fees are $60/calendar day.
